Sir,
One Hotel industry Pvt ltd company, It have not any income but it have construction and other thing going on.So it around cost Rs more then 30 crore. it having lot of expenditure.. like Salary, audit fees, Interest paid..etc. Whether Tax audit or TDS previsions applicable or not.

As the company is not having any turnover now,tax audit provisions are not applicable but TDS liability is there
