We have paid TDS sum of Rs.50,000/- u/s 194C under the head Income Tax. We are not distributed the amount as Income Tax, Education Cess and interest.
In the quaterly return can we distibute that Rs.50,000/- as Income Tax, Education Cess & Interest.
