24 March 2010 Is TDS is deductible to transpotres providing overseas transportation services like ocean freight? Please also quantify the amount along with residential status of transorters

26 March 2010 there is no provision for deduction of tds on ocean freight.only u can deduct tds on contractual charges as per agreement with tranporter.
