is tds is applicable for annual maintance charges for a machinery or a part of fixed assets & at which section or rate of tds

If you give Contract of maintanance of Machinery then TDS application @ 1% if ind.or HUF or 2% for others.u/s 194C
If its not as contract so TDS will be application @ 10% u/s 194J
If its not as contract so TDS will be application @ 10% u/s 194J
