In an Individual case, For FY 18-19 Tax Audit was applicable, but in F Y 19-20 Tax Audit is not applicable,
So, if TDS is not deducted on any Exps in FY 19-20, whether Exps will be disallowed in FY 19-20 or not?

till FY 19-20 tds applicability for Individuals was based on applicability of tax audit, expenses should be disallowed (30%)
