14 September 2019 If PY 2018-19 is the 1st year of new Firm which crosses the Turnover Limit for Tax Audit at the end of the year, is TDS provisions applicable or is it exempt being 1st year of business and audit.???
Kindly Guide and if possible share the applicable provision to Refer the same.

14 September 2019 if there typre of transection occured in which TDS Required to be deducted.
you have to registered yourself and get tan no and file TDS Returns accordingly.

if not then registration is not mandatory in any year.
