Sir actualy the firm in which i work has a client Name "Dwarika security services pvt ltd." This provide us security guards.Monthly bill of this company is 17500/-. this is confirmed that tds is applicable but under what section and what rate will be applicable i am not sure. Is this 194C Applicable? Please tell me what section will apply on it

I agree with you, it would attract Sec 194C; rate will be 2 % as the name indicates it's a company.
Rate is 1 % if recipient is Individual/Huf
