24 April 2025 In TDS 24Q Q4 return, Amount reported as per section 192(2B), of other tax deducted at source or tax collected at source, other than (388)- getting this error. Its not accepting 0 value and says its manadtory. How to resolve this pls?

26 April 2025 1. Verify the employee declarations: Double-check if any of your employees had declared any income other than salary along with the TDS/TCS details. If they did, ensure that those amounts are correctly entered in the relevant sections of Form 24Q.
2. If there is no amount to report under Section 192(2B), the system might require you to explicitly indicate this, possibly by entering "0.00" or by using a specific "Nil/Not Applicable" option or a reason code, If provided by your software.
3. If the issue persists, contacting your software provider's support is recommended.
