Transporter transport material of our company on dtd 31/03/09 but bill submitted on dtd-01/04/09 and bill date is 01/04/09. Is it the expenses of financial year 2008-09 or 2009-10. Can i deposite Tax in 2008-09?

These expenses are for 08-09 and you need to deduct TDS and pay it before 30/09/09.
