05 August 2016 Sir,

if i take service from a hotel and i deduct tds they given Pan no which is different person so what so i do.

05 August 2016 TDS need to be deducted at the PAN no of Hotel

which will be the same name as per invoice raised by hotel for their services

05 August 2016 if any person take hotel in lease and they give hotel service to us then.
