please help me on an issue
we are making a payment to foreign travel agent for hotel room booking in singapore, wheather tds is applicable on this payment.

TDS provisions are not applicable because the income did not accrue or arises in India.
But however provisions of S.195(6) will have to be followed [Form 15CA,CB]
