24 May 2016 list of tds deduction with rates and amt in case of private limited company and why it is different from sole proprietor as it deducts tax only if turnover of py exceeds 1 cr.plzzz can anyone explain this as I have to finalise a company wid excessive payment

24 May 2016 tax rate under the law mention, may be govt. want collect tax from the firm & company more than prop./huf due to business and also business quontum also mostly high volume in company & firm than Prop. & HUf.

24 May 2016 Prop./ HUF can also deduct the the TDS if turnover is below the 1 Cr. But it is compulsory when turnover is more than 1 Cr.

Low rate TDS because tax exemption and lower tax slab is also available for them, for Company and Partnership firm it is not available.
