Dear sir,
I have to make payment for professional fees to an individual for the month of July 2009.
My question is that I would deduct TDS @ 10% or 10% + Surcharge + E.C. + SHT; if aggregate payment or credit subject to tax deduction exceeds Rs. 10,00,000 for F.Y. 2009-10.
