04 March 2016 As i have salary income 10% slab and Commission/Brokerage where client has deducted 10% from my payment. Now while filing return can i claim 10% refund.

File the ITR if tax refundable will be there then you can claim the refund.
And if it came to be tax payable then pay the tax.
You can invest to claim deduction under 80C to 80U in case you want refund.
Yes you can claim the refund by filing the ITR only.
