we had a contact with a party regarding refurnishment of showroom in which it includes civil work, furiture work, laboures, with material and the estimate with he had given us it includes composite Vat 8% & service tax
So how much tds we should deducte on it and should we deducte TDS on net amount.

yes , tds on net amount excluding tax.
