12 October 2015 I won a contest of Rs 1 lakh and got a cheque of 70000 after deduction of TDS of 30000.I am 18 year old and my PAN card was under application so the winning receipt(70000) was taken in the name of my mother and credited in her bank account,her total income is less than 2.5 lakhs and so can she claim TDS refund of 30000 by e-filing her return during 31 march but the problem is that the contest issuing company didnt gave us a TDS claim certificate.Is it possible to get that TDS refund?

12 October 2015 They will deposit TDS and file quarterly returns in which the PAN of your mother will be stated. Then it will appear to the credit of your Mother's PAN. You can check this information in Form 26AS pertaining to your mother. THen you can file and claim TDS as refund though you do not have TDS certificate in your hand.But it is advisable to take TDS certificate from them.
