hello
1 of our client has paid more tds by mistake than actually what he had deducted.....is there any way to demand for refund of that tds amount. ??

The amount remaining unclaimed can be claimed in subsequent Quarter's TDS Statements. Pay less in the subsequent period and adjust the excess amount paid. This benefit is available in subsequent financial years as well
