Hi all,
my query is if TDS on salary of employee/ or any other Exp has not deducted for 1 month only & for rest 11 months it has been deducted then entire exp of 11 months will be disallowed or expenses on only 1 month will be disallowed?????

IF you deducted for 11 month and which is according to tax slab of income tax than no item will be disallowed

If TDS is liaible to be deducted on 12th month also then what will be the answer???

the portion on which u deducted the TDs is allowable exp and on which portion TDS if not deducted is disallowed
