18 February 2015 one of our client Talent pro hr pvt ltd who is providing services for manpower to nivritti foods pvt ltd we are deductiing TDS u/s 194c, now they are asking for TDS exemption certificate, can anyone pls let me know, how can i go for it.cmabasant@gmail.com

18 February 2015 For TDS Exemption certificate there is section 197, Rule 28(1) , Rule 28AA and Form 13. There are certain conditions, procedure & Documents laid down in rule to get TDS exemption certificate From AO.
In your case according to my opinion if you have already deducted TDS , then there is practically no option left for TDS exemption certificate.
