Dear Sir,As per Finance act,2016,The threshold limit for tds deductionhas been reduced from 20000 to 15000.Now our business has paid such commission upto 17000 from 1st april to 31st may.Will tds liability arise in june on 17000?

Yes, once threshold exceeds tds required to be done

yes, limit is cross then you have to deduct the tds as per law.
