is TDs deduct every month if I have salary of 4.5 lake if yes then would it be show in my salary slip by employer from deduct from basic salary ?

Yes TDS shall be deducted every month . (according to your instruction or required to be deductible under chapter XVII B )

It shall be shown as TDS deducted in your payslip / Salary slip by your employer.
