21 April 2009 yes, you can claim but tds is to be deposit with applicable late payment interest.

21 April 2009 TDS for the month of March 2008 is deposited in the month of August 2008 then will it be allow in the computation of AY 2008-09 if it is paid till due date of diling of return (30. Jult or 30 sept)
