What is last date tds filling for the year 08-09 pls clarify.

TDS for all the payments/credits upto 30.03.2009 should be paid by 07.04.2009.
However TDS for all the payments/credits done on 31.03.2009 should be paid by 31.05.2009.
Hope this clarifies ur query.

For the FY 08-09, the last date for filing TDS Returns are 15/07/08, 15/10/08, 15/01/09 and 15/06/09 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters respectively
