My husband working in Panchayat samiti, he gets his payment sheet for the year 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013. Now i want form 16 , what to do for it.

22 May 2013 THE PANCHAYAT SAMITI WHERE YOUR HUSBAND IS DOING JOB MUST HAVE BEEN DEDUCTING TDS ON THE PAYMENTS MADE TO YOUR HUSBAND IF HIS INCOME CROSSES EXEMPTION LIMIT.
YOUR HUSBAND NEED TO APPROACH THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AND ASK THEM FOR FORM 16 AS IT IS THE DEDUCTING AUTHORITY THAT ISSUES FORM 16 DOWNLOADED FROM TRACES WEBSITE.
