I AGREE WITH YOU SIR, LIMIT IS 30000/75000, BUT HERE LIMIT IS IGNORED, BECAUSE I WANT TO KNOW ONLY IN WHICH AMOUNT I DEDUCT TDS, FULL BILL AMOUNT OR FREIGHT AMOUNT ONLY BECAUSE IN BILL INCLUDE CESS TAX ALSO, SO MY QUESTION IS TDS IS DEDUCT ON CESS TAX ALSO, AND MY OTHER QUERY IS SIR I WANT TO FURNISH DETAILS IN TDS RETURN OF TRANSPORTER BILL WHOSE FURNISH PAN COPY, THEN WHICH AMOUNT SHOW, FREIGHT BILL OR WHOLE BILL

It will be deducted on gross amount only as in section there is no restirction on amount as compared to sec 194-I where service tax is specifically excluded but this is not the case in sec 194C.
