Is there any necessity to file tds return if no tds deducted during the year.

Nil tds return not required to be filed.

yesterday we have received intimation of non-filing of E-tds quarterly Statement. that we have filed quarterly e-tds statement in F.Y .2010-11 whereas no statement filed in Fy 2011-12

call on the helpline number and resolve the issue and still u have problem then u need to contact your jurisdictional AO(TDS range).
