We have received invoice from our client towards

Structed the invoice value is 5 lacs
He had added service tax on the bill
At payment should we deduct tds on his bill please

Yes TDS is applicable
22 August 2013
194c is applicable hence tax shall be deducted on full amount including on service tax.
