10 August 2013 I have joined one manufacturing firm which is under construction for that we are ordering water tanker, i want to whether TDS is applicable or not?

10 August 2013 If you are purchasing water tanker, then TDS is not applicable.

If you are constructing on work contract basis, then TDS is applicable
