07 June 2013 UNDER SECTION 194-IA i.e Tds on transfer of immoveable property other than agricultural land(wef 01/06/201)-can i apply to ITO for lower rate of deduction of TDS or no deduction of TDS??

14 June 2013 yes. incase you are eligible for lower or no deduction based on your calculation you can approach your ITO

15 June 2013 Basically Assessing officer satisfied with your income limit (projected) not coming to tax, then he will issue otherwise reject also
