TDS get attracted for Shipping charges and freight charges or not? If so, under what section?

TDS NOT APPLICABLE ON SHIPPING CHARGES AS SHIP IS NOT COVERED AS A GOODS CARRIAGE UNDER 194C
refer Circular No. 713, dated 2-8-1995.
Generally tds not applicable on frieght charges
but if your clearing agent not provided seperate bills for re-imbursement of above said expences tds will be applicable on total bill value
