Is TDS Applicable for Reimbursement of Notice Pay to employee? & at what %.

Re-imbursement of notice pay to employee will be added alongwith his salary and the provisons of tds on salaries has to be applied then you have to deduct tds. Specific percentage cannot be arrived, it will differ from case to case.
