24 November 2012 Dear Sir,

We have Received Interest Income from State Electricity Board and they have deducted TDS in our Old PAN No.

Now Co.'s name changed and PAN Also changed so if That Board will not Change their TDS Return then can we get Refund or Claim of the same..

24 November 2012 I dont think that you can claim refund against your old PAN. The only remedy available to you is to request the electricity board to revise their TDS return.
