TDS ON SALARY DEDUCTED ON 19.03.2012 AND AS PER ACT THE SAID TDS PAYABLE BY 30.04.2012,
THE AMOUNT OF TDS PAYABLE IN MILLIONS DUE TO SOME PROBLEM OCCURRED DURING ONLINE BANKING TRANSACTION PASSWORD BLOCKED AND WE PAY THE AMOUNT ON VERY NEXT DAY I.E. 01.05.2012, NOW DEFAULTS GENERATED WITH INTEREST PAYABLE FOR 1 MONTH.
QUERY : CAN WE TAKE STAND FOR THE SAME ? HOW?

I think the whole interest is required to be paid and no remedy is available

in my opinion any technical problem on part of assessee/deductor is not tenable. hence one month interest is required to be paid.
