I have filed regular return of 4th qtr of 2011-12 of 26Q?
Now I want to make some correction in the return, but I lost my PRN.
Is it possible to revise return without PRN number?

No, this is not possible.
You should contact respective facilitation cenetre, where you have submit their return, for duplicate PRN Number. They will provide you.
