if doctors were appointed as trainees through an agreement, in an undertaking and they are getting salary of rs.20000/- p.m ,is the employer liable to deduct TDS as per Sec 194J? they are receiving this amount as a stipend for their training period

If There is a employer-employee relationship then there will be TDS as per section 192 otherwise 194J
