19 July 2012 an assessee didn't claim TDS for three Assessment years and also didn't file the IT returns for the years, now he is filing IT return for the current AY,can the assessee claim the accumulated TDS amounts?

You can file the return for current year and last year(belated).

In this way you can claim the TDS for current year and last year.
