My client's turnover should be below Rs.1 Crore during the financial year 2012-13.
He has make payments to professionals & staff.Is TDS applicable or not in these case.The tax audit is applicable on turnover above 1 crore during the f.y.2012-13.

Dear Friend you have not mentioned that your client is individual, huf or other than this, if it is Individual or HUF TDS provison will not attract otherwise it will attract.
