My query is whether tds will be deducted on payment of interest on cash credit,interest on export packing credit and interest on gold loan??????/

28 December 2013 Cash Credit if given by individuals and firms or the companies then YES

Export pacage credit is given by Banks and banks are exempted and no need to deduct TDS

Who is giving Gold depends if it is bank then NO if it is by a Company then YES
