ABC pvt ltd has engaged in the business of pesticides and chemicals. It has paid Rs.66,478 as a analysis fees to one of the person who is resident. Wheather ABC Pvt Ltd is liable to deduct TDS U/S 194J ??

You mentioned that it is paid towards analysis... . . which can be done by application of professional knowledge and which will be included in ambit of 194J... . . please refer to section.194J and come back if any doubts on applicability
