We have purchased an accounting software for Rs.300000/- In their bill they have written "NEW IMPLEMENTATION CHARGES" and service tax separetly.
Please let me know whether we have to deduct TDS from them.

Yes, you can deduct TDS @ 10% under the section 194J.

You are required to deduct Tax as the invoice is for services not for purchase.
