Basically I am indian origin working in indian private company now presently in china for special assignment from 1.04.2011 till date ie 10th dec 20111. The company presently deposits my salary through ecs in my bank account in India as usual when I was in india In addition to above I have got extra salary in dollers which is deposited in my bank account with china .
Is anount I have got in china in chinees bank account taxable in India alongwith salary which presenly credited in my indian bank account in indian currency

If it is your first visit to abroad then you will become ordinary resident in India as per section 6(1) of Income Tax Act, 1961
