28 January 2010 Can any one tell me taxation of rental income of developer of sez derived from sez and rental income of unit in SEZ earned from SEZ?

05 March 2010 SEZ Developers are exempted from payment of income tax as per Sec. 80 IA . Refer 80 IA for slabs and other things.
