Dear Sir,
Pl let me know whether Non resident can enjoy the exemption as available to like resident under Chapter VI A?
Further Non resident can enjoy the basic exemtion Limit (i.e. Non Taxable imit)?

Yes. It will. But certain special transaction should be kept in mind. Please refer sec 115AA
