Taxation for online earners

18 August 2014 Respected Sir / Madam,

I wish to earn online in India.


Plans include:

1) E-commerce
2) Pay Per Click kind of registration
3) Content based revenue generation

Kindly confirm the taxation rules.

(Assume net income as Rs. 1 - 4 Lac annually in each case.)

kindly confirm rules related to each tax - Sales Tax, Income Tax, TDS etc.

You are requested to kindly give as much details as possible.

20 August 2014 sales tax depend on the your state vat law.

income tax if you are HUF/individual then exemption limit is rs. 250000/- and u/s 80 you can claim deduction.

TDS will deducted by you from first day on eligible exp. if you are fir/pvt ltd/ltd company. otherwise if your receipts or turnover res. 100 lacs or above then you have to dedcut the TDS.
