IOS OR B&P
IF IT IS DONE BY SALARIED EMPLOYEE THEN UNDER WHICH HEAD?

03 December 2011 It depends on the regularity of the work done. If the assessee is regularly engaged in such work & it is the main source of income then it should be filed under B & P otherwise under IOS. In case of salaried employee he is mainly engaged in service therefore it should be shown under IOS.
