Definitely NOT under the Head Salary !

24 July 2007 There must Employer and employee relationship must be there to fall under salary income.

Definitely, there is no such relation ship beween the insurance company and agent.
Hence its not come under Salary Income.
It is chargeable under Income from Other Sources.
