sir mein ye puchnaa chahta hoon ki agr koi 1 crore ki turnover cross kar gaya hai aur usne Audit report bna li lakin sir uska net profit taxable income se nicche hai toh sir usko financial statments income tax dept. ko file karne ki zrurt hai kya?????????

but i want to know dat if i wouldn't do dat is there any dispute regarding the client bcoz the income of the client is below da limit of taxable income.........
