Hello,
My query is regarding taxability of Mutual Funds.
a) I have invested in Mutual Funds & some are under the scheme of Divident reinvestment. So on redemption, how would you arrive at the Sale value and cost.
b) All the mutual funds sold are long term only and are subject to STT

a)You have to workout gain with reference to each reinvestment. The reinvestment price is the cost for each reinvestment.
