03 July 2013 Hi

Please let me know if Provident Fund interest, bank account interest and dividend income from Singapore will become taxable or not in case of person resident in India in his return of income in India

Thanks

03 July 2013 yes it would be taxable.. as PF interest & dividend are exempted only if received in India and from a domestic company ..bank ac. interest is taxable in both cases...
