27 July 2012 Can anybody tell me if Coaching is provided to student of 10th, FYJC, SYJC, FY, SY - any stream is taxable under COMMERCIAL TRAINING OR COACHING. PLS REPLY

27 July 2012 MY Experience with Department that so many coaching institutes were not offered to tax in many times. you can show it as business income after deducting the expenses incurred for running the same.
